A new placement agency out to unsettle a conservative sector — so the identity had to look like it already belonged there.

Équipe & Co. placed people in jobs, in a sector where every competitor looked like a law firm. A new agency with an unorthodox approach needed the credibility of an established one — authority first, personality second. One mark, one colour, and a system disciplined enough to hold both.

One continuous stroke spirals from an outer ring to a dot at dead centre. Read it as a target, or read it as an É — placement, drawn once.

The primary lockup — symbol above the Équipe & Co. wordmark and agence de placement tagline.
The mark as dimensional white lettering on a concrete wall.
The Équipe & Co. symbol — a spiral stroke resolving into a target with a centre dot.
The wordmark alone — Équipe & Co. in Montserrat over a letterspaced agence de placement.
(THE SYSTEM)

The mark repeats into a pattern, the pattern lines the stationery, and the whole thing runs on one purple. Small system, no loose ends.

(03 — APPLICATIONS) CARDS / AVATAR / PATTERN / STATIONERY
Business cards, four up — purple front with the name, white back with the full lockup and contact details.
The circular avatar lockup — the agency name and tagline set around a ring.
The mark tiled into a repeating pattern, rotating through every orientation.
Letterhead, patterned card and business card staged on lilac.
