CDM PRINT.
A website that was losing money, rebuilt into half the company's revenue — and the largest online print retailer in Greater Montréal.
A Montréal print shop, in business since 1996, with an online store that cost more to host than it sold. A local agency had already tried — and couldn't make the robust web-to-print engine under the hood work for an actual customer. My task: rebrand the company, reorganize the full catalogue, and rebuild the store around the existing engine — UX first, checkout included.

Months after launch, the pandemic shut the city down. CDM was the only print shop in Montréal taking orders online — sales exploded.

Hundreds of products — business cards to 96-inch banners — reorganized into a catalogue a customer could actually navigate, on top of the checkout engine nobody else had managed to implement.
